With the Apple iPhone 13 making headlines this week, other companies have tried various tactics to steal the attention away from the new iPhone series launch. Google went a step ahead and has put Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro on display at Google’s Storefront in New York City.
The store is located on 9th Avenue between West 15th and 16th Streets. Images of each device were posted to Reddit by various users.
Google’s strategy for marketing the phone models is quite interesting. First, it released the images of the designs and specifications of its Tensor chipsets in the first week of August.
It also revealed that the company would finally be updating the camera systems of its Pixel 6 series phones which include a dedicated telephoto camera on the Pro model.

Meanwhile, there is another surfacing that a folding Pixel phone from Google will be launched in the fourth quarter of this year.

The lighter color can be noticed at the bottom. The Google Pixel 6 Pro on display is in a yellow/gold color that spans the top and bottom halves. The top region is noticeably larger.
Pixel 6 Phone specifications
The close-up of the display models reveals that the camera module sports two lenses on the Pixel 6 and three on the Pixel 6 Pro. If you need some zoom, you will have to pay for the Pro version.
Although the specifications of the camera are not confirmed, it is being speculated that it includes a 50MP wide camera, 12 MP ultra-wide cameras, and the Pro-exclusive 48 MP telephoto camera.
The differences between the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro series do not just stop at the camera lens. The Pro will include a larger display, more RAM, and a bigger battery as per the rumors doing rounds about the specifications.
